Cancellation Policy

To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all pets in our care, we kindly ask all pet owners to review and agree to the following behavior policy before boarding their dog at Butler K9 Services Pet Hotel: Behavior Requirements: All dogs must be non-aggressive toward people and other dogs. Dogs showing signs of aggression, excessive anxiety, or severe destructive behavior may be denied boarding or separated from group play for safety reasons. Any dog with a history of biting or severe aggression must be disclosed to staff prior to booking. Dogs must be able to be handled safely by our staff for feeding, walking, and general care. Health & Temperament: All dogs must be in good physical health and free from contagious conditions. If your dog experiences excessive stress or anxiety while boarding, our team will notify the owner and may recommend early pick-up or individual accommodations (if available). Butler K9 Services reserves the right to remove any dog from group activities if their behavior compromises the safety of other pets or staff. Owner Responsibility: Owners are responsible for informing staff of any behavioral issues, triggers, or special care instructions during check-in. In the event of unsafe or disruptive behavior, owners will be contacted immediately to discuss care options or early pick-up if necessary. Emergencies: In the event of a behavior-related emergency, Butler K9 Services will act in the best interest of the dog’s safety and the safety of others, which may include isolating the pet, providing emergency care, or contacting the owner for immediate action.
